Customer Rating:  Summary: easy to use and clean Comment: The swiss diamond cookware set has ergonmically correct handles that make it easy to use. Cleaning is a snap but I do put the lids in the top of the dishwasher, seeming with no ill effect. Remember to season the pans as it says in the instruction to ensure that they are keep their non-stick quality. And the instruction to use no more than medium high heat is important since electric stove tops can reach over 800 degrees. My favorite of the set is the saute pan. What a great improvement from trying to do large stir-frys in a big skillet. The higher sides make this a joy to use. I like this set so well that I even gave my daughter a set for Christmas! Useful info -> Dishwashers A concealed heating element reduces the risk of lightweight plastic items such as children's drinking cups melting onto it after becoming dislodged mid-cycle. Limescale build-up is also prevented. Some manufacturers now produce models with the concealed heating element coiled around the water inlet pipe for further energy efficiency. |
