MIU France stainless steel handheld mandoline, item # 11543. This handheld slicer is great for lighter jobs such as slicing garlic, truffle or chocolate. Turn the black knob on the opposite side of the mandoline to adjust the thickness of the slices. Loosen the knob for a thicker slice. The mandoline has an end hook for hanging. Dishwasher safe.
