Customer Rating:   Summary: Great except for one thing Comment: This microwave is nearly perfect. It is a good medium-large size, looks nice and does not show excessive fingerprints. The controls are easy and useful and it performs well. The only thing that really annoys the heck out of me is that the clock/time display is very difficult to read, particularly from an angle or a distance. There is no contrast. You really have to be looking straight on, up close, to read it. My previous microwave had a display that was very easy to read, so I don't understand why this one is so difficult. It is going to bug me for the lifetime of this microwave, because it's too much of a pain to return it to Amazon. Customer Rating: Summary: ok for the price Comment: one thing that bothers me about this microwave oven is the door latch. It seems to be a bit unstable and i am wondering how long it will last. Time will tell. I guess they do not make things like they uses to Customer Rating: Summary: works but more watts and presets would be nice Comment: Panasonic finally died (after 8 years!!) but I couldn't find another to replace it so my criteria being the dimensions of the old, I chose this Sharp model. It works well, but the old Panasonic had more preset buttons (popcorn, beverage, ... etc) which we used pretty extensively. It still reheats my coffee well, but it takes longer than our previous model in cooking sweet potatoes. Customer Rating: Summary: Bad product Comment: I usually love Sharp - which is why I purchased this microwave for my office. Very nice looking, nice features, nice buttons. The problem is that it broke within a year. It has been making a screeching and squealing sound when trying to heat food. Granted we do use it every day because it is in our office, but I hoped it would last at least a year! Customer Rating: Summary: It's SHARP alright! Comment: This is a great mid-size microwave oven. Does it all. Easy to use and easy to clean plus looks great. Have not had a problem or regret with this. SHARP is one of the best brands in microwave ovens.
