Customer Reviews of Baker's Secret Air Insulated Large Baking Sheet
Customer Rating: Summary: Wouldn't be without it! Comment: I LOVE this pan. You'll never see a burned bottom to anything anymore! The other thing I love about it is that, when you want something browned a little more then usual, you still won't burn the bottom. Totally recommend this for all your baking needs. Customer Rating: Summary: Slip sliding away Comment: Fine heavy duty insulated baking sheet. In truth, I use it more as a bread peel (who needs a handle to load a domestic oven?). Doesn't flex and most certainly allows items to slide off. Customer Rating: Summary: Great product but scratches a bit easy Comment: This is a wonderful baking sheet - affordable, insulated, nonstick, and large.... however, the one draw back is that it does scratch or nick easy... The surface is pretty good with metal spatulas, but the sides of the sheet (for some reason) scratch real easy. Otherwise, this is a pretty good product for the price. Less than 10 bucks on Amazon is cheaper than any store that I have seen it at. Customer Rating: Summary: Work very well Comment: I've been an amateur baker for many years now and these sheets are good to work with. I'm not sure why anyone would pay more money for more expensive cookie sheets. Non-stick surface is good, but make sure you don't use metal utensils on them, they will scratch, then rust. They clean up easily and hold up well. I have noticed you have to extend your cooking time (with cookies) a good 10% to 20% longer to get the bottoms of the cookies to just right. Customer Rating: Summary: Love this cookie sheet! Comment: This is the first air cookie sheet that I have had that can be put in the dishwasher which is a lifesaver if it is a real mess. It is also more sturdy that many I have had in the past. So far it's worked perfectly. More Reviews Choosing Appliance -> Range Cookers The way you cook is also key to deciding which type of range cooker to choose. No-frills heat storage ranges such as Agas retain heat they have gradually built up and generally have two ovens without temperature controls - the hot oven is for roasting and baking, the cool one for slow cooking/keeping warm. Choosing Appliance -> Salad spinner While some may consider this a bit on the gadgety side, I think it is a must as dressings do not stick to water-logged salad greens. Baker's Secret Air Insulated Large Baking Sheet Useful info -> Hobs Hobs are becoming a style point in modern kitchens, and accordingly available in all colours, stainless steel and interesting designs. Wide hobs, multi-fuels (electric and gas) and five or six ring burners offer flexibility but consider your usage before choosing - If your kitchen accommodates more than one cook at once, position the hob away from the oven, that way you don't get in each other's way. |
