Customer Rating:   Summary: This isn't tin Comment: I love my Kaiser 10" tinned steel pan and was hoping to get this size in tinned steel. Unfortunately, though it's advertised as tinned steel, it's aluminum (light weight), hence the 1-star. If Amazon ever gets this size in tinned steel, I'll be the first in line. The combination of the steel gauge and the silver color allow the pan to absorb the proper amount of heat to produce a perfectly brown crumb and a moist, tender inside.
