Specifically, the one in the image has the nice, riveted handles, while the one delivered had the cheap, molded rubber handles. That being said, it's not a bad piece of equipment when all is said and done. The sharpening job is a bit half-hearted (had a bit of a wire edge when it arrived), but that's easily fixed. Customer Rating: Summary: Great Product Comment: I really love this pizza knife. It works great- You need to be careful with it obviously because it's VERY sharp. It makes fast work of cutting pizza- and was reasonably priced. Customer Rating: Summary: THE pizza cutter Comment: If you like to make pizzas at home, or even cook a lot of frozen pizzas, this is THE tool you need. Forget those so-called round-wheeled pizza cutters. After the first 8-12 times, they become too dull and you always end up moving the cheese and toppings instead of cutting them appropriately. This twin handled, mezzaluna-shaped pizza cutter is what you need. It's what the professionals use (or should use). Yes, you might get by with some kitchen scissors for cutting, but even they are not as good as this baby. Cut pizza with this, and you'll throw all of those old pizza cutters in the trash.
