Customer Rating:   Summary: Works well, no problems Comment: We have had this for a year, give or take, and have not had a problem yet. With that in mind it is a microwave. My last one lasted 10 years or more. I expect this one to as well. it seems sturdy, it cooks well. It is not too powerful (yes this is possible) so most things that say cook for 1 min actually do take 1 minute. We do not use this as much as other appliances but when we do we are confident it will work. It is easy to clean too. Easy to use, easy to set the clock, easy to open, etc. It fits all the dishes we use in the microwave. It is bigger inside than the one it replaced, but that was 10+ years old so I would hope this one has more internal room. It has the same external dimensions as the old one, give or take. It works, enough said about that. Customer Rating: Summary: just what we were looking for Comment: Our old microwave was too large to fit in the space designated for a microwave in our kitchen remodel. Plus we'd gone to stainless steel appliances so this model fit right in. It is still large enough to take my biggest microwave cookware. It cooks quickly & the turntable is a definite plus. Will try to deliver to a Sharp service center and will report back. Not so easy to figure out the controls. After 2 months it makes a noise and does not heat up the food. Customer Rating: Summary: Great microwave Comment: This is the perfect medium-size microwace. It has buttons for defrost, popcorn, melt, soften, warm and reheat. It is simple and easy to use. It is not too small and not too big and fits nicely in the space in my kitchen. Customer Rating: Summary: Does what it's suppose to Comment: I needed to replace my GE Overrange Microwave (which magnatron broke after only three yrs) and decided with so many bad reviews of the more expensive brands to go ahead and try the Sharp R-305KS. So far, so good! It fits my countertop and looks really nice. I find it easy to use. The only thing in comparison to the GE model is that it takes a little longer to cook food thoroughly and sometimes there are uneven areas (but I haven't used a microwave that cooks food perfectly even anyway). As long as this microwave outlasts my GE (which now serves as a breadbox) I'll be happy. I'll be happier anyway just because I didn't have to spend a fortune on this one! Useful info -> Taps The three-way tap delivers hot and cold water independently or mixed just like a normal kitchen mixer. For purified water in some cases, the centre lever or handle on the tap body is selected, and cold water is diverted to the purification unit which is fitted neatly away under the sink. After purification, the water is channelled through its own waterway inside the tap to deliver purified water at the point-of-use. Alternatives to this delivery system are also available. |
