I got it as a gift and thought I needed something fancier; now I'm working my way through the rest of the set. Heats quickly and evenly, cleans up in no time (take that, nonstick), and it's big enough for a one-pan dinner. Caramelizes like a dream and can withstand any sharp utensils you've got. Maybe it is the bottom cladding. The ones that are completely cladded up the sides seem to warp easily. Lost one star because it is only 11 inches. Wish they made a wider one.
