I like the fact that even though they are glass, they are more durable than crystal. They look great for everyday placesettings, we well as, attractive at a more formal setting. I ordered 12 of these and 12 each of the red and white wine glasses. They all arrived well packaged and nothing was broken or chipped. Buy a solid stainless steel whip with moderately stiff wires. Very thin wires are for mixing delicate things like egg whites or whipped cream. Very thick, solid wires are for mixing stiff dough. Kitchen tips -> Cut raw meat When trying to cut thin slices or strips of raw meat, it is easier if you put the meat into the freezer for 30 minutes to an hour before cutting to help firm up the meat, or if the meat was frozen, slice it before it is completely thawed |
