Customer Rating:   Summary: Great product, delivery problem Comment: Can't say enough good about the product. The non-stick really works, heating is even, price is right. BUT it came delivered packaged alone, at an angle in the box, padded only by some crumpled brown paper, and it warped. I was furious! I mean, a warped cookie sheet? I bent it myself back into shape, almost, and after using it for months it is now fairly even, but not exactly. Next time I will buy this product from a local store. As it is an ungainly sized item to ship, I don't really hold the shipper to blame, but it could have been laid flat and padded with popcorn. Seemed very sloppy handling, to me. Choosing Appliance -> Salad spinner While some may consider this a bit on the gadgety side, I think it is a must as dressings do not stick to water-logged salad greens. Choosing Appliance -> Taps If you want a sink with large bowl dimensions to cope with big-pan washing-up, it is worth considering a tap with a pull-out or pull-down spray rinse. Tips How to Maintain Appliance -> Stainless Steel Maintenance Wipe away any acid spills such as from vinegar or grapefruit straight away. Never clean the bowl or draining board with an abrasive cleaner. Instead use liquid detergent in warm water and wipe with a soft cloth to remove water drop marks. Care for stainless steel appliance fascias and cabinet fronts in the same way. If choosing stainless steel cabinets, a 'brushed' surface is less likely to show grease from finger marks. |
