Comment: We bought the pepper mill as a set, along with the salt mill, nearly 10 years ago, and it's still going great. Recently, I bought a different pepper mill for the cabin, and have regretted it ever since. I finally broke down today and bought another set for the cabin.

There is absolutely nothing else out there like this for speed, efficiency, volume, and durability. The clean lines make it easy to wipe down after peppering a roast or salmon fillet. And it's nice enough to put on the table as well.

You won't regret this purchase. You'll only wonder why you waited so long.

Comment: I love this product. I wanted a peppermill that would grind pepper into a more course ground and this product really met my expectations. It is easy to use and the volume of pepper that flows is very heavy so you don't need too many grinds to get a lot of pepper. I enjoy fresh pepper on everything and this product really worked for me. I've had several different peppermills before this one but this is the best one I've found. At first I thought that this product was expensive, but as I use it I feel the cost of the unit was worth it. If you really like pepper then give this product a try.

Comment: The 6" Magnum Peppermill is great to use. I've had other tall wood pepper mills that one had to crank many times to get enough pepper out. This pepper mill takes just a slight twist to produce the required amount. I've had the Magnum Peppermill for about six month now and have not had any problem with the fill hole opening while grinding. This grinder holds a lot of peppercorns. A very sturdy machine.

Summary: lefties beware!
Comment: the refiller hole comes open almost 50% of the time.. it is very annoying... and i think it's because i'm a lefty and use my left hand to turn on top.. and sometimes i grab hold of the refiller portion and it twists open.. and about 5 dollars worth of peppercorns flow on to the ground.

I want to return the darn things.. (i got the salt mill with the same problem) but being an oppressed lefty my whole life.. i'm just learning to be conscious of the refiller area.. I have no idea why they make it so accessible to refill.. I mean.. you refill maybe once a month.. but grind once a day.. why make it so delicate??!

i will say the grind is good though.. but i think the plastic doesn't have as classy of a feel as some wood or metal grinders

Magnum Salt & Pepper Mill Set is a quick loading large storage extraordinary range of grind size with an oversize milling mechanism for very fast grinding. A serving tray for each mill is included to help contain dust. To fill the grinders the circular depression on the side is a hole in a band that encircles the grinder. Turn it sideways and it will reveal the loading hole. You can adjust the grinding coarseness on all our mills. There is a thumbscrew on the bottom of all our mills except the Minimill. Turn the thumbscrew clockwise for a finer grind counter clockwise for a coarser grind. The Minimills thumbscrew is found on the top of the mill. There is no need to clean the interior of the mills. Use Windex or Fantastic and paper towel to clean the exterior.Our grinders are not filled with pepper or salt however are available here.Make sure never to put pepper in your salt mill - the pepper will corrode the steel and vise-versa.
