The pan's large handles allow you to transport with confidence and ease. The pan comes with a roasting rack to hold meats above the pan and the rack allows maximum heat circulation and gives room for food to cook below, flavored by the savory drippings of the meat. You can also use this pan to make lasagna or fill it with ice and beverages for a makeshift mini bar. Handwash with mild dish soap.
