Its a very nice grinder and feels good in your hands but it takes many many turns to get much pepper out. It seems it does not matter if the setting is fine or coarse it just takes to many turns to get much pepper out. It works flawlessly, since the screw nob on top is not used to adjust the grind size you can keep it tight so it does not move when you use the mill. The variable grind sizes provide plenty of versitility. It has a nice substantial wieght and size and grinds with little effort.
