Customer Rating:   Summary: Does not do what's it's supposed to. Comment: Don't be fooled by the cool design. This product does not keep liquids cold or hot. At most you can expect it to work for about an hour. It's got a glass lining so you need to be super careful when you wash it. The directions instruct you not to put ice cubes in it!! Are they nuts?
