Customer Reviews of Dualit 88220 260-Watt 17-1/2-Ounce Mini Chopper with High and Low Speeds, Chrome
Customer Rating: Summary: Beats the Competition Comment: I have had a couple of mini-choppers, and this is head and shoulders superior. My previous products smashed things rather than chopping them. This little jewel creates perfectly chopped garlic and minced herbs. I plan to throw away my garlic press. Also it's low profile lets it fit into a very small space, yet it holds over 2 cups. I love it! Customer Rating: Summary: Great chopper! Comment: This chopper is of very good quality and very versatile. I used it to chop chicken and it did such a good job! The blade is very sharp and you need to be extra careful. Overall, I love it! Customer Rating: Summary: great product, but broken Comment: I bought this for my mom as she loves Dualit products. Problem: it arrived broken. Amazon was not very helpful - they didn't have any more in stock. Dualit was semi-helpful. She spoke to many many many different people and has yet to receive her replacement part. So we'll see. But she said the chopper is "gorgeous." More Reviews Choosing Appliance -> Mixer Pretty much the same thoughts as the food processor. High quality mixers are great for making bread or other tough jobs. Every kitchen should have one. Be sure that any mixer has all three attachments: paddle, dough hook, and whip. Also, find a spot on the counter where it can be easily accessed at a moment's notice. Choosing Appliance -> Built-in Ovens The standard 60cm oven has been joined by various other sizes. Now consumers can choose from 60,70 and 90cm wide built-in single ovens. Always check the internal capacity shown in litres as well as the external dimensions. Dualit 88220 260-Watt 17-1/2-Ounce Mini Chopper with High and Low Speeds, Chrome Tips How to Maintain Appliance -> Cleaning & Maintenance Oven Never use a scouring pad of any sort to remove stubborn stains or soiled areas, since these pads scratch the finish and any future soiled areas won't clean up as well, especially with the self-cleaning models. When the oven is cool to the touch, place a cloth or sponge, dampened with warm to hot tap water, onto the soiled area and allow it to sit, for about ten minutes or so, to help loosen the soil. |
