Customer Rating:  Summary: Banana Slicer Revew Comment: It's inexpensive, it works perfectly, it's in the shape of a banana, what else could you want in a simple gadget? Comment: I like the banana slicer but I tend to run into problems with bananas that are bigger or do not curve exactly like the slicer, but it still works fine. Especially if you are constantly making banana pudding. This saves a lot of time as I assemble the crepes by hand to the customers specifications, while they wait. My only complaint about this gadget, (hence the 4 stars) -- the slices are a bit thicker than I would like. It would be nicer to have lots of thin slices, rather than several thick slices. Not only will this save energy, it will save wear and tear on your clothes caused by over-drying. Keep in mind that gas dryers are less expensive to operate than electric dryers. The cost of drying a typical load of laundry in an electric dryer is 30 to 40 cents compared to 15 to 25 cents in a gas dryer. The smell of grilling food is mouth-watering, everything tastes great and it's hard not to have a good time - that is, unless you're the harried host running back and forth between the grill and the kitchen for the chicken and steak, forks and knives, beer and wine, and ketchup and mustard.
