Customer Rating:   Summary: warps in hot oven, food slides to side Comment: These baking pans fit nicely in my small microwave-convection oven, but they warp right away, so the food slides to the side. By the time baking is finished, the pan has straightened out, but the damage is done. They cool quickly, which is very convenient, if I want to reuse one or get it out of the way quickly. My grandparents run a antique business, so in my Grandmother's kitchen, most of her utensils, pots and pans are - forgive me - archaic. She had some pans just like these that she used for any simple purpose in the oven and both got destroyed thanks to my Granddad. I searched all over town and Amazon was the only place I could find em. She loves em even more than her last set, mainly because they're not bent, dented an warped like the old ones but also for the non-stick coating. Excellent service, speedy delivery. Thanks!
