Comment: I am using them for almost one year now with two children, and they are very high quality, I wash them in dish washer, not even a single crack I noticed after very heavy use. Customer Rating:  Summary: 3 for 3 boxes received of these mugs cracked Comment: For some reason, I have received now 3 boxes total of these mugs where the top/bottom of mug box was not cushioned with packing paper or bubble wrap. The amazon.com box is almost same height as box that these mugs come from manufacturer in...this means no cushioning for the tops & bottoms of the mugs. All 3 shipments from amazon.com were of cracked mugs, each time amazon rep requested that the shipping folks appropriately pack with cushion. Finally after 2nd replacement, amazon said only refund to be offered. Seems like such a waste of mugs, shipping costs for amazon and boxes. Wish the shipping dept would just get this one right. Not sure if mugs are nice since each order was received with cracked mugs. Frustrating.....but I give up. Customer Rating: Summary: Beautiful Mugs Comment: These mugs are well made and beautiful. They are sturdy, well made and good looking. I can put them in the microwave to heat up my tea, no problem. And the thickness of the glass keeps your beverage warmer longer.
