FYI, the color part has to do with their love of the University of Auburn (AL) football. The apricot color represents the orange in the UA colors of orange and navy blue!!! I am so glad I found these cups for their use. The below msg is their personal review. These measuring cups are wonderful! We have used them numerous times since Christmas and have already given our old cups away. We have a total of 3 drawers in our small kitchen and these save us space. They are very durable and easy to clean. We love the color and wish their other items came in this color or that Amazon would carry other items in the same color. 5 Stars!
