Customer Rating:  Summary: Great idea and it even works! Comment: Amazing kitchen gadget. I bought it on impulse while I was at Sur La Table before Thanksgiving. I received a fresh-fresh-fresh turkey this year, which would be far leaner than turkeys I've purchased and roasted in the past and I haven't seen hide nor hair of my baster in years. I wanted to make sure I didn't ruin this wonderful bird by letting it get dried out and thought I'd give the dripless baster a shot. I paid $10 for it and would gladly go back and pay that again. I'm thinking of getting a couple for Christmas gifts for foodie friends, they'll love it too. Highly recommended, I don't know how I've lived without one of these! Don't know how long it will last, but I'm enjoying every minute of it. A bargain at any price! It does a great job of suctioning up liquid and retaining it in the tube without it dripping out. The true test will be how well this performance lasts after many uses and washings. That's why I bought this one and I would highly recommend it! Customer Rating: Summary: Dripless baster, a little noisy. Comment: This baster is by far the best baster I have owned. It doesn't drip. It might be a little noisy when the bulb is released, but it's well worth the fact that it DOESN'T drip. This baster also came with an additional tip (which is a life saver if the other one melts, breaks, etc.) and it also came with a cleaning brush to remove stuck on food debris. Also this baster is dishwasher safe, sometime much needed in a hectic lifestyle. I would buy it again and recommend to everyone.
