The swirling veils of color in the Tempera collection from Kosta Boda are an alluring expression of the magic of glass. Appearing to straddle the boundary between liquid and solid, the series of bowls and dishes have an intriguing, dynamic beauty created by flowing streams of color in a clear crystal base. The silhouettes are kept simple yet emphatic, and the thick, smooth rims make for a feeling of polished substance. Designed by artist Anna Ehrner, Tempera comes in white, deep pink, and lapis blue. Made in Sweden, each piece is crafted by hand for subtly distinctive details.

Choosing Appliance -> Shopping Washer
When shopping for a new washer, look for a front loading (horizontal-axis) machine. This machine may cost more to buy but uses about a third of the energy and less water than a top-loading machine. With a front loader, you'll also save more on clothes drying, because they remove more water from your clothes during the spin cycle. Look for the Energy Star label.
Choosing Appliance -> Spatulas
Buy a sturdy stainless spatula for general uses and a Teflon spatula for your non-stick pan. In addition, buy a silicon baking spatula for scraping bowls. Silicon is an amazing substance which is heat resistant up to 550 degrees.

Useful info -> How should I decorate my kitchen?
Make sure that all wood mouldings such as doors, architraves and skirting boards are adequately painted before decorating. Ceilings too should be completed. Protect cabinets, appliances and floor coverings from paint or paste drips. You may want to unscrew wall cupboard mounted cornice to facilitate decoration. Don't put too much paste on your paper as it can become very soggy and tear rather than cut. Let the paste soak in for the recommended time and use top quality scissors and a craft knife with a ready supply of new blades for a sharp cut. Borders hide ragged edges at the ceiling. You will be so proud of your work when you have finished.
