I had no idea how far off the accuracy of my measuring cups were, especially when measuring flour. I bake a lot & always measure carefully, but sometimes the crumb of breads & cakes wouldn't be quite right.The Soelne scale is also beautiful, it looks like a piece of sculpture.I use it so much, that I leave it out on my countertop. I don't know how I did without it. Tips How to Maintain Appliance -> Stainless Steel Maintenance Wipe away any acid spills such as from vinegar or grapefruit straight away. Never clean the bowl or draining board with an abrasive cleaner. Instead use liquid detergent in warm water and wipe with a soft cloth to remove water drop marks. Care for stainless steel appliance fascias and cabinet fronts in the same way. If choosing stainless steel cabinets, a 'brushed' surface is less likely to show grease from finger marks. |
