Comment: I never lost sleep over the frustration of peeling an orange and had no idea that a citrus peeler existed until browsing Amazon one day. But, it's very sharp and probably good to do what it's meant to do. Customer Rating: Summary: The safer way to peel Comment: This citrus peeler makes peeling oranges, limes, lemons etc. much safer than using any knife. Notice I said safer and not quantifiably faster! There is still a bit of manual peeling required after using it, but I'm no longer worried about slicing my hands as they get slippery while cutting other fruit for my juicer. A must have tool for anyone who has taken up the healthy habit of juicing. More Reviews Juicy, sweet oranges and tart, delicious grapefruits are even more appealing when they???re easy to peel. Choosing Appliance -> Salad spinner While some may consider this a bit on the gadgety side, I think it is a must as dressings do not stick to water-logged salad greens. Choosing Appliance -> Baking sheete Not too much romance here, but essential for any functional kitchen. Buy the heaviest pans possible.
