Customer Rating:  Summary: Anolon Titanium NonStick 10 piece cookware set Comment: This cookware set arrived in perfect condition. The set can take temperatures up to 400 degrees with no trouble. It is easy to clean with the non-stick surface. The non-stick surface is very tough and can handle metal utensils without damaging the surface. This is heavy duty cookware that eliminates "hot spots" on the bottom of the pans. We are extremely satisfied with this purchase. Customer Rating: Summary: Buy this set! Comment: I've owned this cookware for over a year, maybe two. Best cookware I've ever owned, by far. I sincerely WISH that Amazon would still carry the Anolon Titanium open stock, so I could pick up the pieces I didn't get the first time around. This set is sturdy, with thick bottomed pans and well-fixed handles. It is DISHWASHER SAFE, as evidenced by the hundreds of times I've run mine through the dishwasher. The only wear that I have seen in on the bottom of the pots that touch the stove surface. The inside of this set is still in great shape and show no sign of use. The only thing that I would have liked to seen on this is a steam vent on the lids. But a great addition to any kitchen for the price. Choose a wide range of sizes (be sure to get a large bowl for whipping egg whites and whipped cream). In general, the heavier the bowl, the higher quality. Choosing Appliance -> Food Processor This is a big ticket item, but worth its weight in gold. It will save so much time when it comes to simple chopping or more advanced preparations like mayonnaise. As with most things, buy quality-- it will last longer, be capable of tougher jobs, and give you less problems.
