Summary: GREAT Spatula!/Fish Turner!/Everything!
Comment: This is one of the best spatula/fish turners I have used. We have a bed & breakfast so it is an extremely necessary item and gets much use. My original (not Paderno brand) broke and couldn't find the exact replacement, so ended up ordering this one and love it! In fact, I am ordering ANOTHER ONE (or maybe 2) now so I have a back up. It is just flexible enough yet strong enough to handle flipping of pancakes, egg omelettes - and my everyday cooking too.
