Customer Rating: Summary: Great Christmas Cookies Comment: I've been making pizzelles for years for friends, family, neighbors and co-workers at Christmas. With the Cucina Pro, these are just the right size for dipping chocolate and give just the right accent to any cookie platter. More Reviews For the cooking enthusiast! Make your own pizzelles with the Pizzelle Baker. You can make four 3 1/4" pizzelles at one time with this 750 watt baker. A steam guard protects your hands and the extra thick baking plates ensure even heat distribution. There is even a cone roller included. . Choosing Appliance -> Stainless steel bowls These are the best all purpose bowls for a multitude of applications. Choose a wide range of sizes (be sure to get a large bowl for whipping egg whites and whipped cream). In general, the heavier the bowl, the higher quality. Choosing Appliance -> Spatulas Buy a sturdy stainless spatula for general uses and a Teflon spatula for your non-stick pan. In addition, buy a silicon baking spatula for scraping bowls. Silicon is an amazing substance which is heat resistant up to 550 degrees. CucinaPro Pizzelle Iron Kitchen tips -> Cut raw meat When trying to cut thin slices or strips of raw meat, it is easier if you put the meat into the freezer for 30 minutes to an hour before cutting to help firm up the meat, or if the meat was frozen, slice it before it is completely thawed |
